As soon as you turn into a freelancer (also known as zzp’er in the Netherlands), you’re free to choose the transportation method for commuting. Which I consider one of the benefits of being a freelancer.
So you can choose to walk, cycle, drive etc.—or to use public transport.

Do you love Paris as much as we do?
ActieVanDeDag has partnered with Thalys to offer train tickets from the Netherlands to Paris, for the period 12 November 2019 until 20 January 2020, for only € 29 one way or € 58 for a round-trip.

The summer is almost over, though I haven’t seen much of it. It’s been quite busy here, but in a positive sense.
Firstly, I’ve officially become a Netherlander. Secondly, I’ve changed job yet again, which I’ll tell you about some other time. And finally, I’ve settled down and got stuck in Holland bought a house.

Whether it’s a well-maintained old piece or just a mockup, I don’t know.
